In order to offer you customized products and services, we supplement your personal data by socio-demographic data which we acquire or which are publicly accessible and perform internal evaluations. PFALZSOLAR as well as the companies belonging to the PFALZWERKE group and any other part-ners of PFALZSOLAR additionally perform evaluations on customized product, service and process design. Your personal data are generally processed in anonymized form. Should an anonymized form not be possible or expedient due to objective reasons, your data will be pseudonymized. 3. Newsletter


You have the possibility of subscribing to our newsletter. Which personal data are sent to us when subscribing to the newsletter are determined by the input mask used for this purpose (e.g. name and e-mail address). The legal foundation of the processing is your consent to receive the newsletter.


Our newsletters contain tracking pixels. This allows for a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns to be conducted and for further improvement of the newsletter offer. The evaluation is in anonymized form. No inferences can be made to specific persons.




Within PFALZSOLAR the bodies requiring access to your personal data for performing the above purposes are provided it. Should we disclose personal data to service providers outside of the European Union (EU) or the Eu-ropean Economic Area (EEA) transmission will only take place if an adequate data protection level has been confirmed for the third country by the EU Commission or there are other adequate data protec-tion guarantees (e.g. EU standard contract clauses).
